Purchased 3 Blu Bathworks vanities and integrated sinktops from PoshHaus and customer service was outstanding -- a rare find these days. The order was not without problems (though no fault of PoshHaus) -- Blu manufactures in Italy and the the vanities were extremely delayed, over 5 months. Throughout, our sales rep, Dan kept in touch and pressed Blu for updates and the owner, Rob, also got involved. When the vanities finally arrived, in two separate deliveries, PH delivered them to our house, twice! After all that, my contractor broke one of the sink tops (!) and PH couldn't have been more helpful in getting a new one to the site quickly. This company really cares about delivering personalized service. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

I can't say enough great things about this amazing company. I was having a challenging time purchasing items for a bath re-model in MN. I saw some PoshHaus items on Amazon and decided to call directly to get pricing. I'm so glad i did! Dan French gave me excellent, fast service and I purchased everything right away. Was hesitant to purchase a vanity on line. Contacted PoshHaus directly & they couldn't have been nicer. Felt like I was dealing with a local store and people who really cared. The vanity is sturdy, attractive and in perfect condition. My renovation was delayed so they hung on to the item for me until ready then delivered exactly when needed. Great service! I purchased a barrier free shower for my daughter that lives almost three hours away. They were able to get samples very quickly and when I was ready to purchase they price checked with other dealers to make sure that I was getting the best price. When we were doing the install we realized some of the parts from the manufacturer were wrong and they got the correct ones quickly and drove them (three hours each way) to get them to me!
